I, Ross Villar am a real estate agent who genuinely enjoys walking with people through one of the most meaningful steps in their lives—finding a home or closing a chapter to begin a new one. My professional background has played an important part in the way I serve my clients. I earned my master’s degree in Accounting from Liberty University in 2012, and I earned my MBA from Grand Canyon University in 2025. This foundation has taught me to be detailed, organized, and clear when explaining every part of the real estate process.

I began my real estate journey by obtaining my license in Pennsylvania in 2016, and later earned my Florida real estate license in 2022. These experiences have allowed me to understand different markets and work with a wide range of clients and needs. But beyond degrees and licenses, what matters most to me is that my clients feel heard, supported, and confidently guided from the very beginning. I believe a property is more than a transaction—it’s a dream, a goal, or a new beginning. And it’s an honor for me to be part of such an important moment and help each step unfold in the best way possible.
